Update on Olathe bike plan

Robert Osborne Memorial

Raytown Mayor Sue Frank has been appointed to serve on the national Safe Routes to School Task Force of the US Department of Transportation. The Missouri Bicycle Federation reports that next year's inaugural Tour of Missouri has just been awarded a 2.1 rating by the UCI, making it one of the top 3 races in the US and one of the highest rated in North and South America.
